SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Deposits are refundable after 5 business days if the coach has been returned on time,
undamaged and fuel tanks are full. We take care of dumping and cleaning. However, we do expect that all garbage be thrown
out, all appliances to be clean and odor free, toilets, sinks and showers to be rinsed out, linens to be placed in one area,
dishes to be completely clean, and all dirt and gravel to be swept out. Our cleaning charges will only come into play if the
above restrictions are not met.
PICK-UP AND RETURN:
We offer custom airport service including after hours departures and arrivals. Vehicle pick-up
time is between 1:00p.m. and 5:00p.m. return time is between 8:00a.m. and 11:00a.m.(Unless special arrangements are made at
the time of booking). If the vehicle is kept longer than scheduled without authorization, a $25 per hour penalty will
be accessed in addition to the daily rate. However, if the client calls us in route, we will be happy to arrange for the daily
rate, provided there is no inconvenience to others waiting for the unit. No refunds on early returns.
