RESTRICTIONS:
NO PETS and NO SMOKING are allowed in the
vehicles.
NO FISH OR FISH PARTS WILL BE PLACED IN THE REFRIGERATOR OR
FREEZER (cooler will be furnished free if requested). If the restrictions are not met, it will be an automatic
loss of the $500 damage deposit.
Vehicle travel is NOT ALLOWED on the following highways: Dalton,
Denali, Dempster, Edgerton Hwy/McCarthy Road or Hatchers Pass. Client is responsible
for any damage due to off highway use. Tire repair/replacement due to driving on poor roads
will be ENTIRELY the client's responsibility.
INSURANCE:
Insurance coverage is included at NO additional charge. All drivers must be 25 years of age,
have a valid drivers license and proof of insurance.
Insurance Coverage is as follows: $50,000 bodily injury / $100,000 liability / $25,000 property
damage with a $1,000 deductible per incident. Insurance covers collision with another vehicle. INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE DUE TO NEGLIGENCE
MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client
is responsible for checking the engine oil and coolant levels when refueling and to report any mechanical failures immediately.
Failure of any chassis accessories or electronics, including motorhome appliances, are NOT considered breakdowns, and no refunds
are available. Clients are authorized to proceed with necessary repairs up to $50, anything greater will need prior
approval. Authorized repairs will be reimbursed at check-in upon presentation of receipts. Fuel costs are the
client's responsibility. Fuel tanks (LP and GAS) are full at check-out and must be returned full.
